I Want a Check Too.
Dear Mr. President and temporary Attorney General. I was affected by the Peaceful Jan. 6 demonstration of Love. It still bothers me and has affected by ability to see the Truth as you state it. Therefore, I humbly apply for one of the checks you will soon be handing out to those of us who were harmed. With the amount of money being discussed it looks as if each one of us should receive about $1 million. Not being the greedy type I will only be asking for $500,000. This will be enough to cover the cost of a new Ferrari I have had my eyes on plus a few other trinkets. These items will be used by me to soothe my soul and help me to heal from the trauma of that day. Hopefully I will be able to stop reliving those peaceful tourists at the Capitol being abused by the authorities. Now maybe if you would dole out cash to several thousand of my fellow Democrats we will be able to get over our Trump Derangement Syndrome.
